About Us

Bryan is a third generation hometown product of Peachtree City. After graduating from Starr's Mill and the University of Georgia, the call of home brought Bryan and wife Dianna back to Peachtree City to lay down their roots. Bryan has an array of knowledge across multiple aspects of real estate. In addition to being the qualifying broker of Realty Bureau, he is also a registered appraiser providing deep analytical insight to the local market. While Bryan is away from work, he spends his time hiking the Appalachian Trail with Dianna and dog Munson.

Paul is a native of Southampton, England and has been living with his family in Peachtree City for 15 years. Proud to call Georgia home Paul has owned and managed properties for over a decade and has an intimate knowledge of the local housing market. He enjoys craft beer and recently helped launch Fayette County’s first Craft Brewery Line Creek Brewing as a founding member. In his spare time he enjoys to Golf, Cook and be outdoors with his wife and two young children. 

Jeannette and her family moved to Peachtree City from South Africa in 2008 in the middle of a recession. Through resourceful efforts, Jeannette has been in the real estate game ever since as a property manager, an investor, and now an agent serving the Fayette and Coweta areas. Jeannette has molded her real estate passion by serving others first. In her off time Jeannette can be found in her garden, cycling, or hiking as a balance to the many challenges real estate entails.

Meghan is the latest addition to the Realty Bureau team. Meghan graduated from the University of Georgia with a major in Business Management and Minors in Housing Management and Policy,. Her early professional roles surrounded the support of subcontractors in the industrial/commercial sector of real estate. She has expanded her knowledge in real estate through multiple property management positions for single family and multi-family units. Meghan joined the Realty Bureau team in 2021 and has been busy buying and selling homes ever since. 

While away from work, Meghan enjoys traveling, hiking, live music, and her rescue dog Brody! 

Faith Debartola

Faith grew up in the heart of Peachtree City graduating from Starr's Mill High school. She and her husband lived in areas of Atlanta before recently moving back to Peachtree City. Her passion for finding the right place to live and the love of home drove her to seek a career in real estate. She brings valuable knowledge regarding Peachtree City neighborhoods and the surrounding area. When she is not working, she enjoys time with her family of six and being involved in our community. 

Margaret Stanford

Margaret joins the team with an impressive array of prior experience in real estate including land surveys, short term rentals, and property management. She brings an invigorating energy to serve others to the table. Prior to jumping into real estate she received her Bachelor's Degree from Georgia College in Milledgeville with emphasis in Business Management. Julia sampson

Julia was born in Russia and moved with her family when she was 4 years old to Western MA. She relocated to Georgia with her husband in 2019. Julia spent majority of her career in Customer Service and Project Management. Her passion for making a house a home drove her to seek a career in real estate, and she joined the Realty Bureau team in 2023. Most days you can find her busy chasing her daughter, but she also enjoys traveling, flying, running, and spending time outdoors with her family.

ELIZABETH WALLACE

Elizabeth, is a welcomed addition to the Realty Bureau team. She was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina and graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2006. She and her family relocated to the Peachtree City/Fayetteville area in 2015 for her husband’s career in the film industry. Her passion and drive to help families find their perfect home is what drove her to a career in real estate. With a vast knowledge of Fayette County and surrounding areas, she is able to help families who are relocating to the area, as well as locals needing a change. When she is not working, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, volunteering at her children’s schools, going to Braves games, reading, and traveling.

Irina comes from a family of builders and renovators and has always had a knack for real estate, architecture and interior design. From an early age you could find her repainting or redecorating her parents home and was by her dads side with a nail gun, shovel, drill or drywalling, spackling and painting. 
She is eastern European born, New England raised and moved to Georgia in 2019. Prior to joining the Realty Bureau team she was a Client Relations Manager with a background of Sales & Marketing.
